About me<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am Dr Eva Bodacz, a fully qualified psychological psychotherapist, psychologist and scientist with many years of international experience and comprehensive training in Ayurveda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many years I have combined scientifically grounded psychology and psychotherapy with the knowledge of Ayurveda and a holistic view of the human being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, something is just as important to me as professional competence: Humanity, openness and real listening.<\/strong> I do not encounter people as a \u201ecase\u201c or a diagnosis, but as a personality with their own story, unique experiences, and individual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My Way<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

My professional path began with studying psychology and led via psychotherapy and academic work to another decisive experience: of comprehensive international training in Ayurveda over several years, in India as well as in various European countries.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 1996, I have been accompanying people and have repeatedly experienced how closely psychological well-being, physical health, the nervous system, nutrition and personal life circumstances are interconnected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From these different worlds my current way of working has emerged: scientifically grounded, enhanced by Ayurveda and shaped by decades of experience with people.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rigorous. Individual. Human.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes my work special<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I do not work to a rigid schedule. Every person brings a different history, a different life situation and different needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That is why I combine psychological and psychotherapeutic knowledge with Ayurveda, nutritional psychology and a holistic understanding of health. Together, we look not only at what is causing distress at the moment, but also at the connections behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not about changing a person so that they \u201efunction\u201c again. It is about, to understand, gain clarity and find one's own harmonious path.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
